ASJ Group's roots are based in emerging markets, where the group has more than 40 years of experience. Founded in Dubai in 1971 and initially focused on trade and manufacturing, the group soon expanded into real estate with offices in Hong Kong and India.
ASJ Group is currently headquartered in Hong Kong where it has operated since 1978. The group has owned, operated and developed over 3 million square feet of real estate in five major markets with a value exceeding $1.2 billion. The group has also partnered with some of the leading developers and institutional investors in the Americas.
